    Album arrived today, ahead of schedule... and it's a beauty, beauty of a package. Heading off for a first listen right now. happy sigh.

    on first and second listens, it's sounding like I'll need more listens... you know how that goes. but: totally mysterious, mental, Lovely with a big L; marky through and through and through. Bonus disc was included, but haven't gotten to it yet. (hope it's ok to say what-all's there) :

    would love to make one of the gigs but i'm heading off around the world on me own little adventure, leaving the peoples republico on thur next week for thailand, singapore, Auz, New Zealand, fiji, NY and home :) hopefully in one piece

    ye'll all have to sing that extra bit louder and that extra bit out of key to replace me :)

    On the record though, Amazing stuff, i think my favourites so far are "not on your life" and Wake Up. Its such a great fucking album
